Ryuuhyounooka Company is a manufacturer of genuine Hokkaido milk snack. The company is established in 2014 in Abashiri, Hokkaido, aiming to deliver good souvenir foods to tourists. Okashi na Gyuunyuu kai!?, our first product, was developed as a handy milk that can be brought back to anywhere at ambient temperature. Since we are small company and our items are all handmade, Okashi na Gyuunyuu kai!? is found only limited places.

Okashina Gyuunyuu kai!? is a genuine Hokkaido snack made from fresh milk.
Three reasons to make it special.
Reason 1. Fresh Milk from Abashiri.
To manufacture Okashina Gyuunyuu kai!?, fresh milk of Iwamoto Farm is delivered to the factory to be processed immediately. Iwamoto Farm is located on a hill nearby Lake Notoroko in Abashiri, Hokkaido.
Reason 2. Beet sugar from Bihoro.
Beet sugar is a specialty of east Hokkaido.
Okashina Gyuunyuu kai!? is made by using of beet sugar from nearby Bihoro town.
Reason 3. Five days at the factory to become Okashina Gyuunyuu kai!?
The whole process to make Okashina Gyuunyuu kai!?; coagulation of milk, shaping, soaking, and drying up, takes 5 days. Okashina Gyuunyuu kai!? is made by hand with special care at the lakeside factory.
